M used to lay on my belly and speak so Malie could hear him in utero. Right after Malie was born, M was speaking to me and her eyes got wide and she snapped her head around to look in his direction. She recognized his voice immediately.
To this day, he is the one she calls first when she wakes up. "Daaaadddeeee!" It's pretty awesome.
