Dec. 3rd, 2008 10:17 pmIt occurred to me recently that the software I used for nearly all of my student work, ArchiCAD, has a limited time license for students. I last renewed my registration in March of this year, which means that unless I buy the program (which isn't going to happen even if I get a job tomorrow) I'm going to be unable to access any of the designs in their native forms.
So between now and then I need to produce any and all images, documents or animations I want out of these projects.
Ugh. I am, in effect, doing homework for classes I took in 2005.
I say this, but it's a good way to learn the program better and remind myself I've done some good work, regardless whether I'm finding a job right now.
